The Life Exhibition - 2016

We are really excited to have the Life Exhibition again this November. The schools have been invited to bring their year 5 and year 6 classes to have an hour's interactive lesson exploring the life of Jesus. Classes of up to 32 children come to thevenue (St Peter and St Paul Church,

Parkstone Road) for a 1 hour lesson where they use computer tablets and headphones to watch videos, take quizzes and explore what Jesus did, what he said, where he fits in with world history and how the story ends. Then they end their session by visiting the “Life Cafe” where they get a drink and take a voting quiz about all the things that they learnt and thought about during the session.

The Life exhibition requires from 20-30 volunteers to run successfully. If you have helped before and would like to help again please let us know. If you would like to help for the first time this year we would love to talk to you about the different areas that require volunteers. Opportunities range from serving the drinks at the end to being a zone leader and presenting the teaching material.

The exhibition will be set up on the 9th November and will run until 18th November. Please contact us if you would like to be involved. We are extrememly grateful to Hastings Youth Trust for once again funding this venture.
