Our team is made is made up of one paid member of staff  and an amazing team of committed volunteers. Everyone involved in the organisation is DBS cleared and follow a strict safeguarding policy. Our workers and volunteers go through safeguarding training as well as ongoing professional and volunteer development. The team is overseen by a management committee made up of members of the church community including those who are or have recently been teaching staff. Finally the Trust is looked after by a group of dedicated Trustees who manage the employment of workers, ensure policies are up to date and balance the finances.
